一種全自動(dòng)粉體定量包裝機(jī)組及包裝方法。目前，市場(chǎng)上包裝袋大多采用人工套袋，人工縫口不美觀、難以實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)人完成打包、縫口不牢固、效率低下。全自動(dòng)粉體定量包裝機(jī)組，其組成包括：備袋裝置（1）、開(kāi)取機(jī)構(gòu)（2）、上袋機(jī)構(gòu)（3）、定量充填裝置（4）、機(jī)械手移包裝置（5）、預(yù)導(dǎo)入裝置（6）、自動(dòng)折邊裝置（7）、縫口裝置（8）和輸送裝置（9），備袋裝置與開(kāi)取機(jī)構(gòu)連接，開(kāi)取機(jī)構(gòu)與上袋機(jī)構(gòu)連接，上袋機(jī)構(gòu)與定量充填裝置連接，定量充填裝置與機(jī)械手移包裝置連接，械手移包裝置與預(yù)導(dǎo)入裝置連接，預(yù)導(dǎo)入裝置一端安裝有自動(dòng)折邊裝置和縫口裝置。本發(fā)明應(yīng)用于包裝機(jī)。

The invention provides a full-automatic quantitative powder packing unit and a packing method. At present, a manual bagging mode is adopted for most of packing bags in markets, manual opening stitching is not attractive, packing by one person is difficult to implement, opening stitching is not firm, and efficiency is low. The full-automatic quantitative powder packing unit comprises a bag preparing device (1), an opening and taking mechanism (2), a bag loading mechanism (3), a quantitative filling device (4), a manipulator bag-transferring device (5), a pre-guiding device (6), an automatic edge folding device (7), an opening stitching device (8) and a conveying device (9), wherein the bag preparing device is connected with the opening and taking mechanism; the opening and taking mechanismis connected with the bag loading mechanism; the bag loading mechanism is connected with the quantitative filling device; the quantitative filling device is connected with the manipulator bag-transferring device; the manipulator bag-transferring device is connected with the pre-guiding device; and the automatic edge folding device and the opening stitching device are mounted at one end of the pre-guiding device. The full-automatic quantitative powder packing unit is used for a packing machine.
